I was talking to a friend on the phone recently and we were both saying how much we loved the miniseries "The Thorn Birds" back in the 80's. She couldn't remember the name of one of the actors, so I looked it up online.
I was going to post what I found about the cast members, but now I can't find it. I wanted to see if you'd notice the big mistake someone made. Jean Simmons was the matriarch in the series.........but instead, they had a picture of
Gene Simmons. hahahahahahaha :laff:

I can’t find it now. Maybe someone else told them before I could. I wish I had Saved the picture of the cast. It was just really funny to see Gene Simmons there.

That was a great movie. I had read the book and it was pretty close--Jean Simmons, Barbara Stanwyck, Richard Chamberlain and Rachel Ward were all so great.

Yeah, I loved that miniseries. The ending really got to me.

LOL.........I just googled Gene Simmons and they had a bunch of pics of him.......but also a bigger pic of Jean Simmons with Gene Simmon's group of pics!! Maybe Jean always wanted to be a member of Kiss or maybe Gene wanted to be in the Thorn Birds movie? :~)
