HI everyone, I kinda hate when people make a thread that they won't be making threads. I am doing some fashion of self imposed retreat I guess I will call it? Taking some time this fall to limit some media, eat clean and really focus on outside time. I am feeling really good about it and have some real life support, but I realize when someone has been struggling as much as I have over the last year and then they just disappear it can sometimes cause worry.

You are all so supportive and wonderful, so I will see you soon!
