with our new tenant. I'm glad as this is an extra $200 a month inflow for me.....$2400 over a 12 month period. Saved this offers me more options so I'm happy as long as this works. Rob

I'd be interested to hear what you think about this place that popped up on Zillow. I realize it's not in your zip code, but not too far off. Best I can tell the current owner is squeezing every penny he/she can get from the place - it says it's currently rented for something like $500 to $700 per bedroom??
