Has anyone used glucosamine to help with joint issues? I'm wondering if it actually helps. I have a knee that's bothered me for years and I sure would love to find something that helps.

These are the two supplements I'm considering:

Kirkland Signature Glucosamine & Chondroitin

Glucosamine Sulfate works better than glucosamine chondroitin IMO.

I am using CBD ointment and it really helped. In fact after using it twice a day for my knee for 8 months my knee pain is totally gone and I no longer need it.

TT - I remember you mentioned how much the CBD ointment helps you. What was the brand again?

frugal-one - thanks, I'll check out the sulfate.

I will look when I get home. It has a small amount of THC so must live somewhere that it’s legal. The stuff without it doesn’t work.
