Ahhh back from retreat

Just getting used to talking, the first 2 days were so busy at work that i was shocked back into the real world. Now i could use some quiet focused space to get things done. And the bug bites!!! Ouch. But the retreat was awesome, just amazing we have this so close to home. Some insights, a lot of quiet, i think a bit of brain healing, and new friends.

Glad it was a success, other than the bug bites! Is bug spray not allowed for some reason?

I kinda forgot bug spray a few times, I didn't have any with me on my 48 hour solo. One day was a lot of raining so that helped.

The worst bite was in my lower eyelash of my right eye!! It is feeling better but that is a hard place to deal with.
