I've recently been able to reduce my hours at work, and I'm happy to now have a simpler life thanks to that! I'm looking forward to talking with people here to explore things that I haven't had the time to explore for the longest time.

I think Gardnr meant ;) that there are literally years of posting on different SL topics that you will have fun exploring. The best part is when threads take off in a different direction from the original post and you make even further discoveries.

Further to what gardnr and razz said, I sometimes make use of the search box (right side, close to the top of the page) to see what has been said on the forums about anything from aardvarks to zygotes.

As a test, I put "reduced hours" in the search box. Not every thread that was returned was a bulls-eye, but one seemed relevant for me. The thread was started by Ultralight, "Lay-offs: Restructuring/cost savings at my job..."

Quotations marks around "reduced hours" return the matches with reduced hours. But a search for reduced hours without the quotation marks would return all the references to reduced plus all the references to hours. (At least, I think it works that way!)
