I have been going stir crazy not working and have weighed the pros and cons and have begun looking for work. This interview seems promising - it's for a front end floor supervisor position at an Arizona grocery chain. For you Arizonans, think of the late Eddie, prior patriarch of the chain starting with a "B".
Wish me luck. I personally am of the opinion that hospitality will not soon again be what it was. And I'm sick of collecting checks - I need to be up on my feet facing challenges as I did in my last position. Rob

I hope you are hired, Rob.
And if you are hired, "Give 'er Snus!", as we say up nort.
Go get em. We all wish you success. In today's world, grocery stores are the social experience of many. I pretty much only go to them and my exercise class.

Good luck! Two of the places I lived in AZ were within walking distance of that store.

yes and some having much better luck than they did in the "good economy" before. I mean the *same* people that were unemployed for awhile then, finding work more quickly now. Go figure.
