I could have put this in Review but I think that it is more than a book review topic. I was browsing online and came across this writer and read a sample of his book, Atomic Habits and thought we all could use a fresh look at what drives us, our families etc. It is more than goal setting, finding your passion etc that we have heard ad nauseum. James Clear explains that tiny changes in process that change how we identify ourselves is a major part of achievement.

I keep wanting to get back to my art but it is always seen as setting aside a half or whole day. What about an hour? A tiny change consistently?

Anyone else interested?

Thanks, Razz, for linking this. I know many people who really liked Atomic Habits, and this looks like a great resource for them.

razz, I love Atomic Habits. If I weren't already embroiled in a pretty intense self-mastery program this year I'd definitely do a challenge, but I just don't have time for both. It is a great book, though!

A while back, I signed up for his Thursday 3-2-1 emails which I usually find to be inspiring.

Sounds intriguing, razz, thanks! I signed up for the newsletter and requested the book from my library. I need help with instilling better habits!:|(
