The thing in my neighborhood

This amusing thing is near my neighborhood. They have put these concrete ball things at intersections as traffic calming devices. Periodically people dress them up in silly ways.


This latest dressed up ball is hilarious. I am angry with myself for not thinking of it!

In my neck of the woods, instead of a concrete ball, a large round haybale was used instead with grimace on the one end. I drove by before I realized what it was supposed to represent.
I took a look to see if a similar design to yours was to be found. This competition didn't have one.

Last spring someone near Herman decorated their round Haybale as a big roll of toilet paper and put out a sign to “sell” it
