From what I read there’s reasons to investigate him and his family for several things. But I bet it won’t happen.

From what is currently publicly known it will likely depend on what Letitia James' investigation into his potential tax fraud has found.

It would certainly be amusing if there was fraud and he gets convicted. He could end up here...

I have the same question.

Just read a court ordered him to turn over information on 4 properties he owns in New York.

Tax fraud and also obstruction of justice revived from the Mueller probe seem like potential legal fodder.

I have a feeling the rampant money laundering he's been involved in will go unprosecuted, though Cyrus Vance is reportedly investigating. Likewise the rape of underage girls during the Epstein years, since the victims have so far been afraid to testify. Someone should certainly continue the Mueller probe, which would actually have been investigated by any body interested in the truth. For a start.

Did Trump rape underage girls?

DH says this is how it will go: Right now reportedly he is pardoning family, friends and cronies. In the last days he'll resign, pass the baton to Pence, who will pardon him for any crimes he can.

How's that? :|(

What's the source for this claim?

He told me he was reading "Business Insider," but note my eyeroll.

I think this is similar to --if not what--he was reading:

Yes, that's all I've ever seen so far is that kind of speculation.

Does a president’s power to pardon apply to all crimes, or just crimes under federal law? I’ve heard both ways.

Federal crimes. And many of his crimes were committed under NY state law.

(At least) one young woman--"Katie Johnson"--came forward, hired an attorney, then backed out of the case.

More rumor than speculation, but here's this new story:

At this point I'd be happy enough - unlike much of the neighborhood. - if he would just never set foot in Arizona again. I see Donald Trump as utterly unworthy of showing his face in Arizona (though I AM grateful for Trump's completely aiding and abetting Arizona TURNING BLUE!!!). I'm not entirely convinced that a sane, non-narcisstic Republican candidate wouls not have won Arizona. Thank You Donald Trump! Rob

This is what a failed presidency looks like. And absolutely not what the founders intended when they included his parsdon powers into the constitution. But I suppose his fanboys are in favor of it. The same fanboys that will screech ‘but Biden is abandoning political norms for everything he does.
