I am in awe of her philanthropy. I had never even heard of the woman until recently, but her actions are warming my heart.

I read about her breakup with Jeff Bezos back when it happened, and recently read about her philanthropy the other day. I was also very impressed with her approach to giving. Vermont Food Bank was one of the beneficiaries--there have been articles about it in the local paper.

I have bumped into her on several occasions and she seems a very nice and thoughtful person.

A grad school friend looks almost EXACTLY like her.

I keep posting #thankyoumackenzie and #stepupjeff every time a story about her giving rolls across my feed. The gifts she has made to minority-serving institutions may well have saved them from Covid. And I also appreciate her support of food banks and local social service orgs like YMCA/YWCA and Goodwill.
