This harmonica player is amazing in his skill but I cannot figure out when he takes a breath. I have tried to play a harmonica and ran out breath after the first couple of bars of a tune so appreciate the skill in his breathing - Buddy Greene!

Totally amazing! Thanks for posting!

I googled some stuff and harmonica notes are created by both breathing in and breathing out, although I don't know how someone would get enough air! I also found something called "circular breathing":

Circular breathing is a technique used by players of some wind instruments to produce a continuous tone without interruption. It is accomplished by breathing in through the nose while simultaneously pushing air out through the mouth using air stored in the cheeks.

Regardless, that is one talented individual!

Yeah, that's what I was going to say.......you can breath in and still make the music. Whenever I hear people play the harmonica, it makes me want to play it. I feel the same way about the pan flute. But so far, it hasn't happened.
