A fun surprise to my day

My housekeepers picked up a new puppy on their way to our house today. One of our neighbors noticed it crying in the car and rang the doorbell so I told housekeeper that she could bring the puppy in and I'd watch it while they cleaned. What a cutiepie! Five minutes after I took this she was sound asleep in my lap until they were done.

Haha. No kidding. As adorable as she was, I'm not a thief so I gave her back when they left. But she was definitely just the bundle of adorableness that I needed during an otherwise mediocre day.

The girls think the housekeepers are the scariest people on the planet. Noisy, with loud machines and tromping all over the place banging things around. So they hide under the bed the whole time. I just brought the puppy into my office and closed the door. (Although I don’t find them scary, the girls are right. The housekeepers are noisy, with loud machines and they tromp all over the place banging things around…). So except maybe the smell I doubt they were even aware of the puppy’s existence.
