Here is a very funny review of a Michelin three star one star restaurant in Italy. It defies believability, but it is the real thing by a professional food writer. He included several photos.

Let’s just say it did not go well.

I’m not sure I have ever experienced anything as disgusting as citrus foam in a lip shaped cup.oh and the meat droplets! Hahaha.

That's basically a parody of the kind of upscale "emperor's new clothes" food that I avoid like the plague.

I'm ecstatically happy with family-owned restaurants serving satisfying portions of flavorful food.

I hope this disaster was covered by an expense account...

Just when you think you've seen everything.

I can now, after reflecting on this restaurant for a couple of days, see it as theatre. The food course requiring diners to lick foam out of a plaster cast from the chef’s mouth is performance art.

Unfortunately the place is a rated Michelin spot. That leads people to believe they will have an exceptional meal.
