Cannabis strains for muscle relaxation?

Hi All, I have been having a lot of muscle tension issues lately. Maybe its middle age catching up to me.

I tried some Limonene cannabis last night, it helped a little. Its 2:1 CBD to THC.

Other strains you might suggest?

I'll ask DH who uses medical marijuana, but he'll only be able to tell me about varieties of the plant. He got his MM card for back pain originally, and he also suffers from some neuropathy, which the marijuana helps a lot.

MY DH uses it more for the pain in his brain, "the fever called living" than for physical pain, so unfortunately I don't have any useful input. I take a 5 mg capsule to help with sleep at night, but once again, that doesn't really speak to your needs.

My DH and I suffer from occasional leg and foot cramps, usually in the evenings. Hate them. Even walking them off doesn't solve them sometimes, BUT, some CBD salve we bought at the farmers market does! It's called Traumica Maxx, maximum strength pain relief. 18% cannabis sativa hemp oil along with arnica-infused olive oil, shea butter and other stuff, spices mostly.
