iPhone 8 Plus to 13

I’d had an iPhone 8 Plus for about five years. About 6 weeks ago I moved to a 13. The 8 wasn’t charging very well. I use my phone heavily and it was time. I got the 128MB memory. That saved me at least $100. I had double the memory in the 8 and hadn’t used half of it. I bought the 13 outright for a bit more than $800. I traded in my 8 and got about $170 back from Apple. I use Boom Mobile for my service and have a great plan. All I did was switch the sim.

The new 13 is SO much faster that I’m still sorta stunned. Battery life is a huge improvement. So is the speed. Display is incredible. I spend a lot of time on my phone. I use it almost exclusively instead of my MacBook.

That was the reason I upgraded from a 6s to an 11 2 1/2 years ago. I haven’t been disappointed. At this point I’m still quite happy with the 11. If the battery starts to fail I’d spend the money to replace it rather than get a new phone.
