This morning I received an email from Astrid in Vienna wishing me luck with my last interview and wishing I get the promotion. That is a relief to me that my relatives are on my side on this one.

And changing gears here, an update on Austria during this Ukraine War. Natural gas prices have already zoomed up 700 percent to 800 percent in Europe and heating costs are going to be extreme this Winter. And food costs continue to rise. Rob

But on a more serious note, good luck with the interview. At this point if you don’t get it it will either be politics or because the other candidate has specific experience that you lack. Obviously if you’ve gotten this far they know you are capable of doing the job perfectly well.

I am with you on support of family. It meant a lot to me when my cousin in Savannah reached out after my dad died. Extended family is very important.
