Well--Sept. 30 is an anniversary of a day thay has gone down in infamy, around the Ozarks. See--what happened on 9-30-1970 was, when a striking trucker used a borrowed hunting rifle to shoot at a company truck driven by a replacement driver, in order to "disable" it. Yup. He should have known better, because the semi-trailer was filled with dynamite! The truck exploded--ka-boom!!! into itty-bitty bits(including the drtiver), and resulted in a hole 50 across and 30+ feet deep, in the eastbound lanes of I-44, west of town. Guess what? The perps were caught, sentenced to long prison terms, but only served a small fraction of it. The shooter(who got "life")died about 10 years ago, and his obit omitted his mistake, but extolled all his virtues as being an entirely honorable man. Uhhhh, yeahhhh. Shows to go: Don'ty believe everything you read. Hope that helps you some. See photo. Thankk Mee.4861

Neville Chamberlain announces “peace for our time”.Okay---that "fifth of czechoslovakia" was a area filled with ethnic German residents that was awarded to the newly-formed(and now un-formed) country, in the aftermath of British War 1(also known as WW1). See---Mr Hitler & his many enthusiastic followers wanted to reunite the territory with Germany and Austria, as well as repatriate several other ethnic-Germanic territories awarded to neighboring European countries, such as Poland and France in the aftermath of WW1. . The Germans weren't trying to conquer the whole WORLD, as The adventurous and aggressive British had been doing for several centuries; Bear in mind the limeys even overran another ENTIRE continent, or two. So did Spain. Yup. But yeah--- the goal was to have all the German People in central Europe under one flag, and ONLY German people under that flag. See? Pretty simple. The outcome was, (almost)all the SLAVIC people in Europe ended up under the control of the Communist Dictator, Joe Stalin! Too bad the Germans were subjected to a massive pile-on by countries that really had no standing in the matter, or the outcome would've been much better. ! So, the Germans didn't succeed; but I believe WE(the USA) would not be having such a preoccupation and entanglements in the middle east & eastern Europe ever since the end of WW2, if they had. And I will add that the same applies to Japan, as well.
Hope that helps you some. Thankk Mee.

I sure hope this annexation won't lead to WW3 like the prior one did to WW2.

I sure hope this annexation won't lead to WW3 like the prior one did to WW2.Right you are. Though---Russia & the Ukraine have had regular, periodic skirmishes for the last 1000 years! WW2 escalated from a broken treaty and border war in Central Europe and a Territorial war in the Pacific mainly because those British & Americans thought they just had to get involved. Meddlesome, they are. As a result---MUCH more death and destruction occurred, especially on account of aerial firebombing by the Allies and strafing German farmers harvesting crops in Europe, and finally the a-bomb implemented against two civilian targets in Japan, after a firebombing campaign there. . But---the English-speaking "good guys" can never back down from a fight, and the opportunity to get at least a few hundred thousand people killed(or a few million), can they? I got a hunch that, if our leaders aren't more cautious FNO, we may get into something karmic that is more than we can handle. The British Empire was taken down several notches after WW2, and the USA "lost" the Vietnam & Afghan Wars. Korea and the Caribbean continue to be a hot spot. That should give a clue. Yup. Hope that helps you some.
