Folks like me from other states may be watching what the Oregon electorate votes on this measure.
As I understand it, Measure 114 would limit magazines to 10 rounds. Also, it would require firearms training prior to receipt of a permit to buy a firearm.
I would imagine the majority of Oregonians would approve.

Okay---They're passing some more laws. Laws, laws, and morer Laws. But yeah---those lawmakers don't seem to get it---Criminals don't obey laws! See? Black Market prices on stolen guns is going to increase, and be the target of thieves. So, yeah---lock your handgun in a vault, so you can't even access it, upon the need to defend yourself.
We have the magazine limit here and i don't see it as a big issue. However the required training is somewhere south of unrealistic. They do require hunter safety training and certificate to get a hunting license and it's been that way since I was young and a reasonable requirement that doesn't get pushback.

Both have been declared unconstitutional already.

What does this mean? Does it mean you can only buy magazines limited to this? Or does it mean what you possess is limited?
