Valid lawsuit or not? What's your take? Rob

If I were the judge, I'd sanction the attorneys involved so hard they saw stars and stripes.

Would that be just in this particular election challenge or all of them?

Some of the lawsuits From 2020 have been allowed to run their course. Some were tossed and deemed frivolous.
But in this case what about the lawsuit did you think wasn't frivolous?
These frivolous lawsuits cost a tremendous amount of money. Should the taxpayers be on the hook for every grievance an attorney can think of?

of course the taxpayers shouldn’t be on the hook for every grievance, but thats what judges are for.
I haven’t looked at the merits of this case so I don’t know if there’s any validity to it other than I know that it was a close race, a very close race.
Then there was a problem where the secretary of state, Hobbs, who is ultimately in charge of elections, allowed (?caused?) 1000+ ballots to go out that didn’t have Lake’s name on them. If you are quite confident that there were no other screw ups, OK.
As I said, I haven’t looked into the merits of the case. Perhaps there aren’t any.

About Kari Lake - the latest from Phoenix is that Scary Fake as she's being called has been seen speeding up and down Lincoln Road displaying road rage. Who knows if it's true but the point is she's become a laughing stock and an embarrassment to the people of Arizona. Rob

Were you this concerned a few years ago when exactly the same scenario played out in Georgia?

There's an update on Scary Fake/Kari Lake. Apparently her post candidate life encompasses more than speeding up and down Lincoln Road. Now she's recently tweeted a fawning tweet over Trump.....We need him more than ever, she tweeted. Angling to be his running mate? Rob

I didn’t know about it then. Are you concerned about this Arizona blooper?

Is this what you're talking about?

Concerned about it enough that I'd want to know more about how it happened, who made the decisions involved that caused it to happen, etc. While it was way less impactful than the vote suppression efforts that Georgia engages in on the daily, I'm not a fan of any issues regarding election integrity and am in favor of erring on the side of overscrutinizing, regardless of who is involved. That said, if it was only 6,000 voters who were affected, and especially if those affected were given a chance to correctly vote in the state races, I'm less concerned than I am with the voter suppression efforts in GA since the AZ governors race would not have turned out differently.
And all that voter suppression in Georgia led to record turnouts. Either the Republicans are doing it wrong or the Democrats need a new narrative.
I see Krysten Sinema is leaving the Democrats. Not sure what difference that makes if she continues as a Democrat in all but name like Bernie.

Sinema is a whack job and not well liked. Just heard the numbers… all demographics are over 50% of their dislike of her. Perhaps she thinks in 2024 independents will vote for her if she changes her party?

I wonder if Kirsten Sinema and Tulsi Gabbard, both recently having parted ways with the Democrats, could start a 3rd party? Rob

The chattering classes think she's attempting to try to force the democrats to not run a candidate in 2024. If she runs as an independent she doesn't have to do the primary to be on the ballot in the general and will then act as a spoiler, guaranteeing a republican senator from Arizona.
