Trolling the AI

Okay----what this means is, asking the AI silly questions or raising controversial issues, just to see what it says. Yup.

Yesterday I asked Siri to give me the name of the nearest five star hotel to Soldier Field in Chicago.

Siri gave me a list of bed-and-breakfast Inns in Hermann. I Told her she was stupid. She told me I was not very nice.

Well I wouldn’t argue with that, but as I think about it, I don’t know the difference between peas and beans botanically. They are all legumes.

A simplistic description I got was that peas are round and beans are oblong. They are legumes. I saw and heard a winter wren today which is different from a house wren or other wrens, but they are all wrens. Because most wrens are small and basically look a like, Cornell labs has a free app called Merlin that is capable of identifying birds by their call or song. That's how I identified the wren, but some say Merlin by sound may only be 80% accurate. Regardless, it's a nice addition to AI if that's what you would call it. Birds that sing in winter are nice to have around.

Okay----thanks for your banal responses to my topic. But yeah---why don't you kids see what AI is programmed to say about hitlerr, nazis, race issues. Very PC and predictable.

Okay--I had to ask AI why black people seem to stay in the shallow end, at the public pool. It got kinda indignant with me.

okay-----i been letting AI deal with summa the E-Z ones, but it isn't as smart as they want you to think. it gets kinda um, evasive on summa the issues and insists on changing the subject and locks the topic. kinda like HAL 9000 on Space Odyssey 2001. ha. but yeah---i have a longstanding inquiry from waaay before AI was available to us, and that is: Just what was the extent of Ron g & nicole b simpsons' relationship? hm? anybody know? maybe oj had been stalking her & also heard rumors and he was outraged. just like when iron mike realized he wasn't gonna win that time, and bit his opponents ear. yup. just trying to make sense of it. so far, i just compared it to playing foo-baw with dynamite; you might get blown to pieces. yup. hope that helps you some.

okay----just for fun & to satisfy my rather "morbid curiosity" ('cordin to our leader, alan), i asked the ai on my 'puter if he/she/it knew if leslie van houten, former manson tribe member, was "dating" anyone, now that she's finally been released from prison after 53 years. weeelll, steada telling me that it's something inappropriate to discuss, the ai sez it was not sure, but that ms van houten had been pen pals for 15 years with a double murderer, and exchanged love letters. yup. but yeah--- i'm just sure they have a lot in common, then. yup. hope that helps you kids some. 5827

okay---wait a second here. the deal is----Van Houtens do more closely resembles that of Uma Thurman in "pulp fiction", back in 1994(see photo). but yeah----may be that's just one reason the parole board did not feel confident in paroling her sooner. it may've bee an indicator that she was still a "bad girl". yup. 5832

okay----because i think it is essential for me to keep you kids informed---here's another photo of ms van houten, manson-follower. (see photo) 5833 b5833ut5833 yeah---this time she's got it more permed. and i accidently clicked the darn button and it wouldn't take, so i clicked it again, and this time it spit out three photos. this is not intentional on my part; it's is a technical problem. i'll hafta consult someone who knows more about 'puters than i do. yup.

okay-----even though i have many ongoing projects to complete, i took the time to see if i could stump the ai on my 'puter. so anyway---i axed the ai a simple quession(see photo), to which it responded with a playing-dumb answer. no doubt a passive-aggressive form of pc-ness. yup. but yeah---by comparison googling the same zact query brought up a discussion on the subject from u-penn(see photo), that had a lot to say about the subject. see? i figure that says a lot about so-called ai, and how it usually has leftist biases engineered into it. yup. hope that helpps you kids. thankk mee. 58395840

well, okay----the ai demonstrated that it isn't so dumb & liberalistic after all; it actually heped me out with my littlebitty van project! so anyway---the issue was, the very inexpensive imported posi i purchased came with two bearings that i pressed on the carrier, but guess what? it wouldn't fit in the axle housing. i consulted the ad littterchure, and it said it fits GM 8.5, 8.6 housings w/30 spline axles. How-ev-er the bearing they sent with it are used to fit the posi in the 8.6 housing. Sooo, i did some measuring and determined the i.d./o.d. dimensions of the bearing set i actually needed. but then---i consulted the ai, not really expecting a definitive answer, but guess what? it said yeah, ta retrofit one a them aftermarket 8.6 carriers inta an older housing designed for the 8.5 carrier, you use: then gave bearing & matching race numbers! so yeah---i ran those through ebay, and there's a guy outside o' ames, iwah, selling bearing sets with those zact numbers, and states this is what you use(in a zact case like mine). prollem solved. we hope! should arrive wednesday. the local parts houses would be clueless, i know that. soo, tomoroww i have to remove the brand-new but WRONG bearings i already pressed on, and to do that you have to destroy them UNLESS you want to spend $100 on a special dedicated bearing puller & wait for IT to arrive. See? i take two steps forward, then slip back one, on a regular basis. that's my version of progress. maybe i oughtta just TRADE(get screwed) for a nice, clean, safe NEW Subbbarrrooo! ha. yeah, right. hope that helps you kids some. thankk mee.
