I loved it! 134 steps, yikes. What a wonderful cozy home she has made in that high place.

That looks adorable but goodness, I'd definitely hire movers when I moved in (or out)... It would certainly be good exercise living there!

Definitely seems to have more space that I thought it would. I love it! Especially like the little portable table and bench for sitting outside atop the tower.

Gosh, I love how cute and functional she created it, but I would not like those steps!! I'd feel as trapped as Rapunzel.

This is a gatehouse in St. Louis. It sits at the entrance to a “private” street. Many years ago they had it open for a house tour in that neighborhood. It was tiny. I just remember being thrilled to be able to get into it, and then seeing how tiny it was, a bit of a disappointment.

it has a tiny kitchen, bathroom, and one room.
