I just found this forum and was excited to join and connect with like-minded folks. I'm turning 39 next month and have been living a quiet, simple life for many years now. I love sharing things I've picked up along the way and am always excited to learn something new. :)

I do think Washington is conducive to a simple life, especially since we're always paying close attention to the weather and trying to cherish those beautiful clear days! And when it's rainy, we do our best to stay as cozy as possible. Then there is the natural beauty all around us. It is very grounding!
