Not all is bad

I would like to say that as much as I have been on a downward path lately, not everything has been bad. My 7 year old granddaughter has bronchitis (no, this isn't the " good" part), but she has been really great about taking her meds. Bactrim is not yummy, but she takes it when I tell her it is time for it, and doesn't give me a problem about any of the others. She's been good as gold in that area, and I'm proud of her!

It is a gift to be able to look at what is going on and see the good as well as the part that feels not so good.

If din were here, he'd say something about realizing that good and bad are just stories we are telling ourselves about what is happening. And then he'd say some arcane thing about whether things were actually happening or not....
