My dad, who gave sage advice to me all my life, would have said to follow the money, and allow the rest to fall into place.

I think maybe the biggest thing holding you back is the fear of the unknown... you are all cozy in the current position - having seven years of seniority, you are maybe on auto-pilot.

Sometimes the best thing to do is what you have already done, lay out all the pros and cons, and then weigh each one. Nobody can make the decision but you. How important is each pro (or each con)?
