Charlotte Adelaide Griffith arrived this morning at 3:34am! She is 7 lbs 11 oz and absolutely adorable!

I recently had my first great grandaughter and posted it here, but so far no one here has made any comments, which is surprising, but since you are all much younger than I am you probably don't realize how exciting it can be to have 4 generations in my family--pretty rare here with all our immigrants.

Thanks everyone! She is such a good sweet girl. Mrs M your post made me laugh because she makes the sweetest singing noise when she is happy and alert. I feel great and I think we have a pretty decent post-partum plan shaping up. All is well!

Apparently I have not been on the forums as recently as I had thought, because I totally missed the arrival of this little beauty! Congratulations to you all! Thanks everyone! Charlotte is settling in really nicely with all her brothers and sisters. She sleeps like the dead, which is a useful trait if you are the youngest of 5 kids. :) The girls are such little mommies to her and the boys love her to pieces. They would literally love her to pieces if I'd let them. It will be interesting to see a year from now if she joins in their bear-cub wrestling (they are one and two years old) or if she clings to her big sisters for some sense of civilization. Maybe both. !pow! <<< Lottie, fending off the brothers.

Thanks everyone! Gardenarian, I have been pretty lucky with the sleeping.Only Bella was a rough sleeper as a baby and now she sleeps like she's in a coma. I think it's Zach's genetic contribution. I am not a sleeper at all.

I finally got a picture of all five of my kids together. Not that all of them are looking at the camera, but they are all in one spot anyway.
