I'm on my laptop for at least 10-11 hours every day, since it's such cheap a way to entertain myself. I'd much rather send emails to friends and family rather than talk on the phone since I'm a person who enjoys being alone to do whatever I want to do.
I haven't watched TV for at least for at least 30 years. I can google things I want to learn about, as well as listen to music I like much better than today's music.
Generally just the computer here - varies from 2-6 hours/day depending on the work I'm doing.

I am a grad student at an online university. Therefore, I am on either my computer or Kindle (I download many of my school books) much of the day, then my 1 hour of tv a night.
"Suffer?" None. All my screen time is strictly voluntary.

I suffer it 8 hours a day. The rest of the time is my choice :). And yes I really do wish I wasn't working so much with computers.
Not much actually . We are a tv free family, I don't work with computers at the moment and we watch maybe one movie a week *free library movie in their theater usually. I don't have an IPad and only a basic cell phone (no net access) and we don't have flashing billboards in my community. So it's really just the computer for me, which I limit to two hours a day, which includes an online class.
No real suffer (on my part), however, electronic indulgence does equate to several hours each day. More time than I care to admit. Shameful, actually...

That's a scary thought for me.
We don't have a TV or any handheld devices other than an old-school cell phone, just our laptops. But since we work at home online, we are on our machines at least 10 hours a day, sometimes less like on the weekend or on days we move our RV to a new spot, but in general, between 10 am and 10pm with breaks for lunch.
I just got into creating jewelry, which is a wonderful break from my computer! I just wish I could do it all day long and actually support myself with it. Until then, our laptops are our lifeline, so we'll be on them constantly.
Very limited TV (no cable so antenna only) - maybe an hour or 2 in the late evenings. Limited computer time also since I don't have home internet so must use wi-fi elsewhere - again maybe only an hour or 2 a day and NEVER on weekends (weekends are completely tech and screen-less unless the weather is bad). Nothing else tech or screen-wise so that's about it. I like it like that. I usually don't take a computer with me when I travel, so can go for weeks or even months without ever going online or even watching TV or DVDs since I often camp. Flip cell phone (tracfone) for emergencies only.

Only at work, and a DVD from the library maybe once a month.
