Maybe I'm just getting out more now that I have this golf cart, but the clouds this summer are amazing. I've just never seen a sky so full of really neat clouds. I don't know if this is a result of the other kind of weather we've had this summer (drought), but if it is, you could say its the drought's silver lining. They are just incredibly beautiful and colorful.

Another thing I've noticed this summer........the watermelon are soooooooooo juicy! They are the watery-ist watermelons I've ever eaten!
Anything spectacular for you this summer?

I've noticed the clouds a lot during my daily commute. Have to agree with you!

Hi Cathy and Tradd, at leat there has been something good that came from your drought situations. Maybe you can take some pictures and post them here? Would love to see tem too!

Here are a couple pics. I took a bunch of pics, but when I look at them on the computer, they aren't nearly as cool as being there! haha So I hope they aren't too boring! I find it amazing this summer that there's so many little individual clouds. The storms we've had were that way too.........tons of very tiny areas of intense downpours. Very curious why everything is so individual.

WOW Cathy, the sunset is just amazing, beautiful...the other ones look like puffy cotton balls. Thanks for posting them. The sunset was a treat!

Thanks Tussiemussies! Yes, the western sky was just magnificent that evening. I couldn't take my eyes off it!
I find the cloud formation this summer a very interesting phenomenon. I wish I knew why they looked this way all the time.
I can't get the "Both Sides Now" song of Joni Mitchell/Judy Collins out of my head!
