I like the single serve packets on instructables - you use a straw and melt one end, put in your spice and then melt the other end. You can also leave one end open, and put some pin holes near the end to use as a shaker. You bend the end over and then slip a small piece of straw over the holes and the bent over end to keep the stuff in.

Cool idea. Wouldn't work for me, though. I've probably only bought 3 packs of tic-tacs in my life!
