Whatīs your favourite food? Do you care about healthy nutrition?
I myself care a lot, I could eat tons of fruits, but my favourite meal is a kind of pancake that originally comes from the border area between austria and germand/bavaria.
itīs very fluffy and filling, easy to prepare and cheap. soo what do you prefer having on your plate?

I like a lot of ethnic foods but am a vegetarian so anything without meat/seafood etc. like to eat healthy too...now that I am getting a little older, the weight is going on fast and coming off very slow. I don't eat sugar or anything made with sugar. The weight is still there though!:)

Thai food. I could eat it every night!

My favourite basic food is oatmeal with yogurt and fruit. I have that every morning without fail.

After that, simple salads with fruit to follow.
I confess to the occasional craving for a really good burger on a really good bun which are really hard to find these days so I made a batch recently.

Fruit salad. So many different ways! Just regular fruits; fruit and nuts; fruit with a little dried fruit mixed in; fruit with unsweetened coconut; fruit plus avocado.

I love all food. Well, not all food but all food that's interesting tasting and looks good I love.

I can't say I have a favorite, though. It depends on my mood.

Oh, I care about healthy nutrition. I just don't always eat that way.

My favorite food is chocolate.

Followed by beets and green beans peaches and bananas and grapes and avocados and warm-from-the-oven homemade bread. And cake.

I have my favorite healthy foods. And then there are my favorite foods that aren't healthy at all.

Heavy sigh.

For me this is a no brainer.

Macaroni and cheese. Not a box, the real stuff, cook the macaroni and make a white sauce with real butter and add real cheddar or maybe a cheddar/monterey jack (NOT bland American - aka Velveeta), then fold it all creamy together and salt it to unhealthy levels.....

YUM.

It's an occasional indulgence. We eat healthy enough most of the time (I'm always trying to do better with our nutrition, trying to utilize more vegetables and less pasta, or rice, or beans - I'm a thrifty cook); but my life would be of a much lesser quality if I couldn't look forward to macaroni and cheese twice a month or so.....

Sushi! Specifically, sake nigiri (plus lots of different rolls). I love food, all kinds of food (healthy and un-, fruit, vegetables and meat, dessert, every ethnicity I have ever tried except for Russian), but when someone tells me they would like to take me out to eat and they ask where I want to go, the answer is always sushi.

There are times I suspect my favorite food is bananas being that I have one nearly daily. I did reopen the book "banana, the fate of the fruit that changed the world". I resolved I need to cut down my addiction to them (for sustainability reasons, I'm really not convinced they are unhealthy). I bought a pear this week, resolving at least one day to eat a pear rather than a banana :|( But I might just end up throwing it in a salad or something.

Guacamole I make: 2 avocados, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt.

Sushi for me, too. Given that it (typically) is raw fish, has a big carbon footprint, and often has a lot of white rice, though, I don't eat it often.

For something I enjoy on a regular basis, cheese. Not "pasteurized food product" or anything in a can. Real cheese. Any kind.

Guacamole, cheese, and pico de gallo. I'm in heaven at a Mexican restaurant.

Lots of veggie-lovers here - nice. Iīm also vegetarian ;)
I dont think that bananas are bad. They have lots of carbs, but also lots of vitamines and fibres. Plus, bananas are very good for sportlers because of all their minerals! And i like carbs (and i love sports :D). And iīm not getting fat of it, though eating it praticulary all the time. Could eat fresh fruit all day long . The only thing i donīt eat too much is fat. But carbs and proteines are ok. Like fruit salad with yoghurt. frozen banana, mango sorbet, pineapple with frozen yoghurt, low-fat cheesecake, oat-cornflake-bars,.. yummy. gettin hungry :D

I make a curried vegetable stew with sweet potatoes, chickpeas, green beans - it's awesome, and I haven't met anyone who doesn't like it. It's about the only thing I actually get cravings for.

Most anything made with fresh healthy ingredients. Especially if it is on the spicy end of things.

My abiding favorite: blueberries. My current favorite: pickled raw corn relish. My favorite indulgence: bavarian creme pie, or eclairs.

I don't like bananas. Also don't like curry or dill.

But I do love blueberries. Eat frozen blueberries, Bear Naked Fit Vanilla Almond granola and Silk vanilla yogurt a lot. Get on kicks of eating that and eat it until I'm really sick of it.

Also love to veganize all the recipes that everyone eats frequently as part of the SAD (standard American diet) so I'm actually eating pretty healthily.
