So I went a little overboard when ordering some cheese cultures, and I ordered some creme fraiche culture. Now that I've made it, what do I do with it? Use it like sour cream?
PS my seed starting mat was just perfect for keeping the culture around 70 degrees- I think I might retry making yogurt using this heat mat.
