What do do with creme fraiche?

So I went a little overboard when ordering some cheese cultures, and I ordered some creme fraiche culture. Now that I've made it, what do I do with it? Use it like sour cream?

PS my seed starting mat was just perfect for keeping the culture around 70 degrees- I think I might retry making yogurt using this heat mat.

I've made yogurt using a heating pad on low. I just set the jars on the pad and covered the whole thing with a towel.
You could put the creme fraiche on berries, or potato. Yeah, like sour cream.

Omg... Put it on everything! Waffles, crepes, pies, crisps & brown bettys, etc.
