Or rather seemed to ignore..my bad! I just realized there is a link up top for messages from members. I never even knew we could get messages within this forum. Periodically i have gotten regular e-mails and I guess I thought that's the only way..

I am sooo sorry if you messaged me and I ignored it. I really was just totally unaware..(I can hear my daughter's voice now..MOM!)
I will endeavor to check the message icon in the future. Again, sorry if I ignored you.:|(

If you'd like to receive pop-up notifications when you receive a private message, there's a setting setting for that. You can get to it by 'Settings', 'My Settings', 'General Settings'.

This happened to me, too, and now with the popup notifier, I won't miss any messages.

Umm...thanks very much Peggy for this thread/instruction. I also didn't know about having messages-from-members. I clicked and found two very old ones and I feel bad that I didn't respond. And thanks to Alan - I will try to get around to setting up a notification pop-up.
