I want to use up some GF buns that I didn't care for in an egg bake. Do you think I can just sub the bread for GF out in any egg bake recipe, or would I need to make other adjustments?

They might disintegrate a bit, but I would imagine they would be fine.

You should be able to sub directly.

Ok, that's what I thought, but last time I thought that I could do a direct sub I ended up with a disaster, so thought it better to check! :D

what sort of egg bake? You could possibly toast it lightly before.
