Saw this on Facebook, thought it was a good idea, although many of you probably are already doing this...

Put your herbs divided up in an ice cube tray and then fill each cube to the top with olive oil and freeze. Thought this was a handy way to get cooking started...:)

We dry and vacuum seal our herbs then keep those packs in the freezer. Never thought about doing it this way. I wouldn't think the freezer would be cold enough to solidify olive oil, but will have to try it to find out! Thanks!

We don't go through a lot of olive oil, so we keep a small amount available for pans and the like and the rest of the bottle is in the fridge. And it's solid. I have to let it liquify before I can pour more. So I'm sure it will freeze in a home freezer.
