I just came across this site: http://www.instructables.com/

all kinds of things, ways to make stuff, do stuff, save money, be creative......everything from the practical to the most fanciful.....

I wish I had more time online anymore....I can see that this place could be a BIG time sink. Enjoy.

I have enjoyed my limited exposure to Instructables in the past. Fascinating. Like eHow except with enough details, and not just people writing based on what searches are ranking - people who actually know how to do stuff!!

Instructables I believe has some sort of connection to Make magazine. They both have covered the same things before, however I think instructables covers other subjects.

One of the features that I love, love, love about SLF is the sharing of interesting websites like this one.
One could have great fun exploring this and some links to food sites that have recently been shared have been great.

Just what I need--another interesting website to get lost in!!LOL!! The Food and Living sections drew me in like a magnet!! If I'm not here on the SLF boards, you'll know I'm over at Instructables!

So I was just browsing the iBooks store for a freebie and found that there are a TON on there from Authors and Editors of Instructables! And then there is a separate batch from Authors of Instructables.

Go in the iBooks store on your iDevice, then search for "authors of instructables."

Fun!
