Perfect!
reminds me, a recently retired co-worker had kept a 3-ring binder of his work accomplishments. It included his resume, all of his educational certifications, any awards he'd gotten through work or professional associations, etc.
It's a neat way to keep everything in one place, and also a morale boost when you're having one of those awful work days and you can page through it and remember, oh yes, I am good at what I do!

So, something to consider if you're wanting to keep this letter safe.

Lainey, I will most definitely keep this letter safe, but a copy of it will be going up on my wall at work! :)

Cool!

Love Lainey's idea of putting all your work accomplishments together in a binder. Great for morale...and handy if you decide to look for another job.

I like the idea of Tradd putting herself in a binder, getting ready for the next wave of Republicans to come looking for competent women. Oh I know I shouldn't make this political but I couldn't resist!

You are crazy! ;-)

I had a great day. Pretty much bouncing off the walls with a wide grin on my face all day. I had to call Customs this morning to find out the fingerprint fee - it's not a fixed amount like the $200 license application fee. That person picked up on the first ring (this is not normal). Got needed info, wrote out check, did the usual morning stuff. Submitted receipts to get reimbursed for exam fee ($200) and license fee ($232). Went to Customs and dropped off my application in person. Later in the day I called to make sure the proper person had my ppwk. She had it and even said she was going to begin on me tomorrow. :)

First thing this morning, a copy of letter went on my manager's desk before she even got in. One to HR for my file. Via email to national compliance manager. Via email with my address blacked out to a trucker I use a lot who promised to bring in lunch for the department if I passed - but he wanted it in writing. :D

It's highly gratifying to have gotten this high of a score. Everyone else I've talked to or know of who took the exam - had a lower score than I did. Some were pretty close, but most were between 75%-80%. It would have been even higher if I'd not made a few stupid mistakes, but hey, I passed, with a VERY respectable score.cow-hi (I love this cow).
