My understanding was that Mrs. M was getting burnt out from writing so many posts and new threads. I responded to one of her posts where she seemed frustrated and upset that we don't have more people on the forum. That's just my hit on it. I suggested she honor her feelings. It's probably kind of a pain being a moderator, if you're not feeling fulfilled from it.

She is very missed of course, but if she needs a break, that is understandable....

It is easy to get burnt out on a message board if you've been on it for years. Sometimes it is good to go away, take a break, and come back refreshed, at least in my experience. Then sometimes it is good not to come back at all. I've been on a few message boards where over time I realized it was no longer a positive in my life....

Please come back, Mrs-M, if and when you are ready. Hugs.

I think she is home baking pre-holiday goodies to cyber-share with all of us. Mrs. M with flour in her hair and fresh baked cookies waiting frosting. And me at the window with my tonque hanging out :-)! She does do alot for these forums so maybe she is just taking a well deserved rest.

A few weeks ago Mrs-M informed all the moderators that she was going to take a hiatus from the boards. She didn't mention more than she was feeling a little burned out so I don't think anything serious was going on. Coming into the holidaze we all get pulled in countless different directions. I think she just wants to concentrate on other things for now.
