Thanks for posting this. I really like learning about herbs/spices that have culinary, medical, and other uses all at the same time. Hadn't thought about using ginger in herbal jello, but what a great idea!

I didn't see that part but probably would be really good for someone that is sick and cannot stomach much...

One of my favorite ways to have ginger is to put a 1/4 teaspoon into lemonade. Really perks up the lemonade, which you make with club soda.

The liniment is rubbing alcohol and the tincture is Vodka. Would Vodka as the liniment work as well?
