Rent For Planet Earth

I saw a really cool sketch comedy for kids about money. I do not think it was meant to be as satirical as I am taking it, but, in short, an alien race came to earth to collect "RENT." Apparently, the human race is behind on their RENT PAYMENTS for Planet Earth.

I think that is very telling....how can anyone charge rent for planet earth? It takes me to the Native American idea of how "property ownership" is not a cultural concept.

Reminds me a science fiction story where another race came to a future Earth, deserted of humans and made unlivable, and lauded us for our incredibly creative suicide.

Single worst tenants I've ever had. Sure the dinosaurs missed an ocassional rent payment, but it's not like they totally trashed the place like you have. Who knows if it can even be fixed up and made habitable again. Your eviction notice is in the mail, oh and you aren't getting your deposit back.
