Wonder if I could use a toaster oven with the temp turned down? Sometimes you just want a snack. . .

Best quick snack I have found is one package of cake mix stirred into one package of angel food cake mix. Any flavor. Keep in an airtight container.

When you want a couple of bites or around 100 calories do the following:

3 T. of the mix
2 T. of water
Mix lightly in a microwave safe cup.

Microwave for one minute.

It puffs up and is very hot but usually comes out in one nice cakey piece. We have done lemon and chocolate.

Oh, Sweetana3... reading the recipe you posted reminds me of an old thread where someone posted a similar recipe, and did it ever sound delish! I LOVE angel food cake!

Sweetana, your recipe reminds me of when I was still eating sugar but on a diet and they had in the store a mix called "No Pudge". It was a diet brownie mix that you just added water to, and then microwave. It was really good. Young children would be able to do this and get s real kick out of it...
