sometimes I just get drawn to certain things. Recently, its been cool nightlights. Check out this site.
Sometimes, just seeing a beautiful nightlight at night, makes me happy. :)

These are definitely pretty. I've had trouble with nightlights when I had a small one with an attached flashlight in a GFI outlet. The idea was to be able to grab it in case the electricity went out, but I think the GFI feature kept turning it off. I moved it to another non-GFI socket and then it worked. Would like to have one in the GFI bathroom outlet but that doesn't seem possible?

Our nightlight has always been in a GFCI circuit and it's always worked. The first one was one of those $3 find-it-at-the-grocery-store models with the Christmas-type bulb in it but when we ran out of bulbs we went for an LED nightlight from IKEA. Both have been fine.

I know this is extravagant. $12-15 for a nightlight is far more than I need to pay. But it seems to boost my spirit, so I splurge. We haven't been on a vacation in about 15 years, so I don't feel too bad. When I look at my tree frog night light, its a mini vacation for me. :)

Oh, how pretty! Never seen anything like them before. Thanks for this, CathyA!

P.S. I, too, find myself occasionally being drawn to things... things I never before was drawn to, yet for some apparent reason, it happens... where it's just there!
