Thank you for posting this. I wonder if a nutritionist can write this prescription or if is just a doctor. We just took my daughter to one and this is one thing he highly recommended we elimination is the gluten. She is not a celiac but she does have ADD & tourettes and it has proved to be beneficial in children with add, adhd and aspergers.

Along those lines, I was just reading about celiac-induced depression, and I've seen wheat tied to schizophrenia, as well.
