OOOoooh! DO tell!! Go get 'em, mamaM.
Yeah.. go get 'em girl!!!
Ok..laundry is washing, dog is fed, kid is fed..here is the scoop...
As I mentioned before, I went in for an interview and ended up getting asked to come back for a second one but for a job more in line with my skills. I was floored they were able to think outside the box and see my potential. I went to the second interview yesterday and it was a SLAM DUNK!!! What I loved. The man interviewing me asked me to sit down, flipped over my resume and said "I know your skills, I want to know you. Let's talk like colleagues." I felt like I was being more mentored and groomed than just the standard interview questions. He has the same credentials as me except is VP in our choosen field. It was so refreshing to see someone with the same passion as me!!! He told me he didn't even ask to see the other 2 people because they didn't have my qualifications. He basically said in 3 days, the decision to hire me should be made. Even if it's not, I think going into this with a more open mind and putting my truth out there, not what they want to hear. I even was able to explain my last job situation and he told me I should have left months ago. :)
SOOOOOOO--the waiting game begins but THANK Y'ALL for your support. I actually skipped yesterday. :)

This is how it looks when the universe conspires on your behalf. Without the Employers from Hell, you would have missed this opportunity entirely.
