I wanted to update everyone on my Introversion issues... I am feeeling much much better... I want to thank all of you here :thankyou: . I don't feel like such a freak I had so much stress going on with work and people overload that it was hard to separate it all...
After taking my old trust-worthy horse ( 25 years old blind in one eye, can't see out of the other but is worth her weight in gold and will out live all of us ) on a very long extended trail ride out in the middle of no-where ... I could think and I have come to the conclusion that I need to get out of this dental office. Maybe even after 30 years of being in dentistry I need to get out... Yes having people in my house was a huge huge problem but the residual issues that had me spinning out of control after they left was .....work. I know for a fact that overload of stress turns me into someone who I don't recognize and and I think that the Dr that I am currently working for is going through the same thing. They are sssooo overloaded with financial stress due to taking on buying and remodeling this office.... I took a half a day last week off and have asked to go down to one day a week... I feel a huge weight off my shoulders... DH is very much on board for me to to give my notice if that is what it takes... I still work on as-needed/fill in at another non-profit office that caters to low income families with childern 10 and under ,,, I can handle that
After that horse show I had ssssooo many people text, call and PM on FB to make sure that I was ok.. because I was looked/ acted so off I am very blessed Again thank you to my SLN friends

I've found that depression (and similar states) are a powerful message that Something Needs to Change (ignore at your peril).

nice!
I love that you had calls and texts. We so often think when we're at our lowest that no one notices or cares. What a pick up to see that others noticed and cared.
