Yes, she is attending the funeral, as one of the delegation from the U.S. House of Representatives. The Executive Branch has declined to send a representative, a decision which leaves many Brits wondering....

The WaPO blog post says the admin has not yet announced who to send... Source is everything, so it seems.

"The White House has not announced who will lead the official U.S. delegation to the funeral."
