My hike

This is the first movie I've made. It's a hike near my cabin - lots of California native plants.

That was beautiful. I lived near that part of CA when I was growing up and used to hike in that area. It's been a long time since I was there but this brought back some great memories.

The plants, flora and terrain are similar to where I am in Southern Oregon. No Banana slugs though, I left those behind in Northern Cali.

Thanks for watching! I love this area so much. It's super dry this year (at around 1/3 of normal rainfall.)

It really enjoyed making this - I don't have a camera (I used my dd's 'Barbie' camera) and put it together using Windows Movie Maker. Movie Maker is really fun and easy to use, and free to download.
