So I am just not really looking for an answer, mostly sharing. Today I am deeply tired, really. I know there are many reasons, stress, loads of gardening and running over the last 3 days, and a very long work day today. I am deciding to not find ways to increase energy or otherwise push my body past limits. I am going out to my car for a 40 minute nap. When I get really really tired like this I am sub-functional for a long time and highly inefficient, however modern life sometimes does not give any opportunity for a lifestyle and work day that respects that.

It is at least the perfect outdoor temperature for a nap in the car.

Sounds like a perfect idea! Have a nice nap! And treat yourself to a little something you like when you wake up- an iced coffee, a piece of chocolate, a walk in the park. Make it a good day for you.

Hope that you can as much rest as you need in order to feel better. Can you go to bed earlier?
