We had our first ripe tomatoes on May 19th - a record, for us anyhow.
Tomatoes ripening at the same time as cherries? Crazy!

Wow. I just bought plants today but they are not safe to plant outside yet.

Congrats on your tomatoes! I'll admit to being a little jealous....

I was thinking about seeding tomatoes outside this week!

Jealous here! My little plants have been in the ground for a couple weeks, but probably still a month from even the first fruit set.

I just got mine safely in the ground, 2 weeks ago we had 13 degree weather and snow. I started them inside so they were pretty mature when they went in, 7 tomato plants, 3 peppers, and some pumpkin seeds

We aren't growing any this year but you are lucky that you have one already....makes me wish even more that we were having a garden.....:)

The trees haven't even fully leafed out yet here! I didn't dare plant my starts because we get sneak attack weather often in the spring.

Ditto what peggy said. :)

How cool that you have such early tomatoes! We're right on schedule for ours: I usually hope for our first around Independence Day.

You are quite ahead of me. I have green tomatoes, but won't even have ripe cherry tomatoes until June. I just picked my first zucchini this week, though.
