My third (and last) granddaughter arrived this morning. Gianna was born at 9:56 a.m., weighing 5 lbs., 14 ozs, and 19 in. long. Okay, so no one really cares about all the details, but I just can't stop myself. She is a perfect little doll, and so far so very good. But I am sure she will soon learn how to protest our treatment of her! But she withstood being passed around without a protest. Her two older sisters arer just in love with her, as is her grandma. She also met some of her many cousins today. For her first day on this earth, it was kind of a busy one, but she'll be home in a couple of days and then things will settle down.
