Maybe I'm looking right at it and not seeing it but how do I block someone's posts? The FAQ says User Control Panel, Settings and options, Edit Ignore list. But where is the User Control Panel??

Look to the top of your screen. In the top right, you should see 'Welcome', Your username - Notifications - My Profile - Settings - Log Out.

Click on Settings, then from the left column on the resulting page, 'Edit Ignore List'.
